The post modern Bauhaus façade of Greenwood Towers reveals dramatic views west to the Hill Country and east to UT landmarks. Ideally situated at a Capitol Metro hub these condos are ideal for campus or capitol life. A secure building with covered parking garage is an important amenity of campus life, as is a roof deck pool. Both are included, as are all utility bills, in the HOA fees. Constructed in 1966 by the developer Greenwood Goodall, created this 112 unit Austin original. The building's twin, the Goodall-Wooten Dormitory, is visible from the North side of the building on Guadalupe Street.
