Maxwell is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington in 1988. After stints at several large companies such as Dell and Microsoft, he left the high tech world and started his career in real estate in 2001 at Keller Williams Realty. While at Keller Williams, he became one of the top producing agents in one of the top 3 real estate offices in the entire United States. He also worked for 3 years on the Agent Leadership Council, chaired the Technology Committee and was an active member of the Financial Planning Committee.
Jennifer began her career in Real Estate right after graduating from Baylor University in 1996. Since then she has made a natural progression in Real Estate from leasing agent, to apartment locator, then to new on-site home sales with Milburn/D.R.Horton in 1999. From there she decided to work along side one of the top agents in Austin, selling a wide range of homes from $92,000 to $2.75 million. Her next move was to become an individual agent where she could specialize in both listings and buyer agency. She began at a local firm where she was the top producing individual agent with over 6 million in production the first year.
It was while she was at this firm she was recruited by Maxwell McDaniel at Keller Williams. Maxwell and Jennifer joined teams a year later to create the Austin A+ Homes Team and have now branched out to be on their own through a forward thinking company, Private Label Realty which gives benefits to its clients by providing discount services through lending and title without sacrificing quality.

Chip Bubela is the principal/broker of Bubela & Associates Real Estate Services and prides himself on showering his customers and clients with attention. Chip grew up in the small town of Schulenburg, TX approximately 75 miles away from Austin located on I-10 halfway between Houston and San Antonio. After graduating from High School, Chip moved to Austin in 2001 to pursue a Business Degree in Finance from Texas State University with the end goal in mind to get into the real estate business. After graduating in 2005 Chip earned his license as a Texas Realtor and then continued to get his broker’s license and became owner of Bubela & Associates, Inc. in January of 2009.
Chip is constantly educating himself to add value to each transaction as the market is consistently changing. Chip has taken several courses on subjects such as negotiation expertise, marketing, investing, and business development and has read hundreds of books on topics ranging from real estate, economics, business, and personal improvement. Chip realizes that each dollar counts to the bottom line and applies the techniques he has learned to each transaction.
After graduating from college Chip married his dream wife Kim, and they now have a daughter Ava Claire who was born in December of 2008. In his spare time, Chip enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, fishing, hunting, golfing, reading, watching Dallas Cowboy and UT football, and working out.
