A San Antonio native, Elsa began her activity in residential real estate while she attended college at the University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduation, she adopted Austin as her home and decided to further her career in residential real estate. In May of 2001 Elsa joined Heritage Title with more than seven years of experience having worked as both a licensed assistant to some of Austin's most successful agents as well as on her own as an independent Realtor. Combining skills in marketing and graphic design, Elsa offers a unique set of talents to Heritage clients along with a clear understanding of their needs.
Coupled with a sense of professionalism and a sincere commitment to her work, Elsa's reliability and tenacity is evident in every task she undertakes. She provides expansive knowledge in most segments of Austin's residential market, particularly in the downtown urban core. She enjoys sharing her insight with Heritage clientele, and supporting the growth and development of the city.

Elsa's current professional memberships include the Austin Board of Realtors, the Austin Mortgage Banker's Association, the Urban Land Institute, the Austin Young Real Estate Professionals and the Real Estate Council of Austin wherein she serves on the Affordable Housing Committee. She is a graduate of RECA's 2006 Leadership Development Council, and has previously served on the RECA Membership Committee, the Christmas in October Committee and the Transportation Committee. Elsa has also given her time to support of The Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo Gala Committee, and in 2007, helped successfully steer the Bloomin' and Boomin' Bus Tour, an inaugural fundraiser for the ABOR Foundation. From law to financing, Carolyn Thornton draws from experience in her work as an escrow officer. Hailing from Houston, Carolyn has specialized in the title insurance industry in Texas for over twenty years. Since 1990, she has successfully closed many residential and commercial transactions with Heritage Title and maintains a daily commitment to customer
satisfaction. Carolyn's attention to detail ensures that each transaction is handled professionally and to successful fruition.

Amy came to Austin from Marshall, Texas, in 1993 to attend the University of Texas, where she received her Bachelor's degree in Communications, specializing in Public Relations. Right out of college, Amy began her career in the title insurance industry. She spent her first three years in the residential sector and the next three working within the commercial real estate arena. Amy has been a valued member of the Heritage Title family since 2001, developing close relationships with her coworkers and gaining the confidence of clients. She puts her public relations skills to good use in getting to know her clients and their particular work styles, allowing her to anticipate and better accommodate their needs for a smooth closing process.
