About Me:The mortgage business is what I have been deeply involved with and passionate for over 4 years. I have shared my work experience with two great mortgage brokerage companies and now I am currently employed by one of the most technological advanced banks in the country, Envoy Mortgage. Below is a brief list of items which sets Envoy apart from most banks operating in the U.S.

Envoy Mortgage
First Houston Mortgage, Ltd. was renamed Envoy Mortgage, Ltd in October of 2008. Envoy Mortgage is a Mortgage Bank with an incredibly experienced staff offering expertise in all areas of mortgage lending. As a mortgage bank, Envoy Mortgage controls the entire loan process from the initial application all the way through the delivery of the loan into the secondary market.
We are able to ensure an accurate and faster closing process because each step occurs in-house – processing, underwriting, closing, funding, shipping and secondary marketing. Because we control the entire process, there are limited surprises for our loan officers, borrowers and banking partners.
Envoy Mortgage has direct endorsement authority from the Federal National Mortgage Association (also known as “Fannie Mae”) as well as the Federal Housing Administration (also known as “FHA”).
American Homefront Mortgage
In the mortgage business it is hard to find genuine and honest owners and American Homefront had this. When the option of brokering out mortgages became less efficient and more painful, American Homefront merged with Envoy Mortgage of Houston, TX
Mortgages Direct
Based in Houston with offices all over Texas Mortgages direct offered an ideal atmosphere for the near beginning of my career.

THE DEPARTMENT MAINTAINS THE MORTGAGE BROKER RECOVERY FUND TO MAKE PAYMENTS OF CERTAIN TYPES OF JUDGEMENTS AGAINST A MORTGAGE BROKER OR LOAN OFFICER. NOT ALL CLAIMS ARE COMPENSABLE AND A COURT MUST ORDER THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM FROM THE RECOVERY FUND BEFORE THE DEPARTMENT MAY PAY A CLAIM.
